Decide what kind of lazy girl you are: Do you want to minimize your time in the gym or avoid working up a sweat? Short, intense workouts and long, slow cardio are both great fat burners.

Ready to get strong and slim?
Here are some easy tips and guide for my lazy friends ,you must follow them and surely you wil get the best results
1.Say hello to H2O
It's always important to hydrate so you can stay energized and have your best workout. Electrolyte-loaded athletic drinks, though, can be a source of unnecessary calories, so "drinking water is usually fine until you're exercising for more than one hour," says Newgent. At that point, feel free to go for regular Gatorade-type drinks (and their calories), which can give you a beneficial replenishment boost. But worry not if you like a little flavor during your fitness: There are now lower- cal sports drinks available, adds Newgent, so look out for 'em in your grocery aisles.
"Drink water like it's going out of style."
2.Fun up your food
It's easy to get in a diet rut, even if you're loading up on flavorful fruits and veggies. The solution? Have plenty of spices, fresh herbs, and lemons at your cooking beck and call. "It's amazing what a little dash of spice, sprinkle of herbs, pinch of lemon zest, or squirt of lime juice can do to liven up a dish—and your diet," says Newgent. The best part: They contain almost no calories. Experiment with your dinner, tonight!
"Don't be ashamed of trying.Every journey has to start somewhere."
3.Slim up your snack
It's hard to avoid that 3 p.m. stomach rumble, when nothing can stand between you and the office vending machine. And while it's fine to eat something to hold you over until dinner (in fact, we encourage it!), some choices will help you keep on your weight-loss track—while others can surely derail you. So at the vending machine, instead of choosing that ever-so-tempting pack of Twizzlers, try a 100-calorie cookie pack or a Nature Valley granola bar. Better yet, bring a snack from home! We're fans of sliced veggies dipped in hummus. Delish!
4. Have a Hearty Breakfast
By now you’re probably tired of hearing how breakfast is the most important meal of the day—but this tired piece of advice couldn’t be more true! In one study completed at the Imperial College of London, participants who skipped breakfast were more tempted to reach for unhealthy, high-calorie foods later in the day. And in case you need more evidence to eat that a.m. meal, further research found that women had a larger drop in ghrelin (the hunger hormone) when they ate a hearty breakfast versus a small one.
"There has never been a sadness than can't be cured by a Breakfast food."
5.Keep healthy foods in sight
Put a big bowl of fruit on the counter, store fresh vegetables on refrigerator shelves instead of hidden in the crisper, and pour whole grains and dried beans into clear jars.
yes,by this tip you can greatly reduce your hunger habits and will able to maintain your weight.
6.Flip your dinnerware
Use salad plates for dinner and dinner plates for salad. Research shows that you'll eat less off small plates because you'll keep your portions in check. For drinks, use your smallest glasses for milk and juice and your biggest ones for water. These strategies work by tricking your eyes.
"yeah you will eat less from small plates."
7.Keep your stress levels down
Stress is a sneaky culprit when it comes to weight gain. Feeling stressed may cause you to crave unhealthy foods like sweets, carbohydrates, and fats even when you aren't actually hungry, according to a study published in Physiology & Behavior.
Yes don't let the stress to ruin your life.
8.Make it a lifestyle
To lose weight for good, avoid dieting or unhealthy habits you practiced in the past. Fad diets are temporary, restrictive, and can limit your nutritional intake, which can leave you feeling hungry and deprived, according to researchers at UCLA.
For heaven sake ,don't do these unhealty practices of skipping meals.
9.Think “movement” not workout
The idea of exercise is scary if you’ve never really taken the leap of faith. Make the goal to move more and after you start looking and feeling great, you'll want to workout more.
Yes this really helps alot to everyone who is as lazy as I🤣🤣
10. Try something new
This is a great tip for any time of year, but especially when the weather is warm. It could be aquatic aerobics or plyometrics. Maybe some new Pilates moves or a hike up a mountain. Take advantage of spring renewal to renew your dedication to staying fit.
Yes every time our brain is requesting for a change and for something new.
These tips and simple workout will surely guide you and will make you to think about yourself because this life is solemnly your's.
